# 2.2 Quên Mật Khẩu

⇒   **Người thực hiện:**

* Admin đơn vị/ Nhân viên đơn vị
* Admin chi nhánh/Nhân viên chi nhánh

⇒   Tích chọn button <kbd>*“Quên mật khẩu”*</kbd> để người dùng có thể yêu cầu cấp lại mật khẩu:

* &#x20;Bước 1: Tại màn hình đăng nhập vào Merchant View, người dùng chọn button “Quên mật khẩu”
* &#x20;Bước 2: Tại trang “Đặt lại mật khẩu”:
* Nhập Email đang sử dụng để đăng nhập
* &#x20;Tích chọn vào ô “I’m not a robot”
* &#x20; Chọn “Xác nhận”

⇒ Hệ thống gửi link reset mật khẩu về Email đăng ký. Đặt lại mật khẩu chỉ có thể thực hiện trong vòng 30 phút

* &#x20; Bước 3: Người dùng tích vào link “Đổi mật khẩu” và nhập thông tin tại link này như sau:

1. &#x20; Nhập mật khẩu mới
2. &#x20;Nhập lại mật khẩu mới
3. Tích chọn vào ô “I’m not a robot”
4. &#x20;Chọn “Xác nhận”

⇒  Hệ thống lưu lại mật khẩu mới => Đổi mật khẩu thành công

**Lưu ý:** Bất kỳ thông tin nào bị bỏ trống, hoặc mật khẩu không đúng quy định, hệ thống sẽ thông báo lỗi
